YOUR SOCIAL VOICE are looking for a Full Time Virtual Graphic Designer to join our team.
We live and breathe digital marketing strategies. We literally do a happy dance every time our clients’ SLACK channel notifications pop up with another sale!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The individual within the role is responsible for the following;

The creation of all client graphics as instructed, included but not limited to; Facebook Ad Images, Banners, branding and creation of PDF’s/brochures and booklets, the creation and branding of proposals and any other designs as required.
Design of compelling landing pages, through various software platforms as required
Carry out appropriate landing pages installations and integration including and not limited to: payments, CRM’s pixels, domains.
Video editing as required (short and long for internal or client use).
Creation and up-keep of graphic’s content library for all clients in YSV Team Google Drive.
Continually completing training in order to up skill.
Proactive approach to obtaining new clients to offer graphics packages to

Analyse submitted documents from clients (particularly Client Avatar forms) in order to become familiar with their niche and offer to best produce world-class graphics for campaigns.
Collaborate with the media buying team (designers, media buyers and funnel team) to ensure client campaigns are aligned amongst all divisions.

REQUIREMENTS:
Attend Monday morning meeting + team huddles and sales meetings daily where possible
38 hour Full Time Week 8am-4pm Monday to Friday AWST
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well organised with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Expert knowledge and understanding of third party tools required t be used in digital marketing campaigns including and not limited to Clickfunnels, a variety of CRM platforms and Zapier
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts
High level of experience using Facebook and Instagram
Strong interpersonal, strategic and creative skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Ability to work to deadlines and meet common goals as a team
Excellent in English writing and spelling

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Minimum 3 years of relevant graphic design within an in-house marketing team or agency
Multimedia production experience would be ideal
Highly skilled in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects)
Thorough understanding of the marketing sales process in order to produce creative and funnels with high conversion rates
