Graphic Designer

Looking for an energetic and experienced Graphic Designer. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

Salary Rate: PHP 50,000 – 75,000 per month.

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks
Collaborate with clients and the marketing team to understand their brand identity, target audience, and website goals.
Design visually compelling and user-friendly website layouts that prioritize user experience (UX) and clean aesthetics.
Craft engaging website mockups and prototypes using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Ensure website designs are responsive and display beautifully across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Develop a strong understanding of our client’s brand guidelines and incorporate them seamlessly into the website design.
Stay on top of current web design trends and translate them into impactful visuals for our clients’ websites.
Work closely with web developers to ensure a smooth handover of design assets.

The Requirements
3+ years of design experience using Adobe Suite of design tools (primarily Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
Experience designing from established Brand Guidelines and Creative Briefs
Experience with motion and animation (basic to intermediate proficiency ok)
Solid understanding of visual design principles (color theory, typography, layout, etc.).
An eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing experiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively translate client needs into design solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Able to work in any US Timezones (PST/CST/EST)

NICE-TO-HAVE:
Experience with Figma is a nice-to-have
