Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at a leading B2B SaaS company in the construction sector, based in Australia. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality design assets with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
– Design marketing brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and business presentations that effectively communicate our brand and message.
– Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
– Utilize design tools such as Figma and Canva to create visually appealing and cohesive designs.
– Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and are delivered within specified deadlines.
– Proactively manage multiple projects, ensuring quick turnaround times while maintaining high-quality standards.
– Adapt designs based on feedback and evolving project needs, showing a high level of flexibility and creativity.
– Communicate effectively with team members, providing regular updates on project progress.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the SaaS industry.
– Proficient in Figma and Canva.
– Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative without needing extensive direction.
– Experience in adhering to and implementing design guidelines.
– Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality design assets quickly and efficiently.
– Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.
– Available to work full-time from 9am-5pm AEST.
