Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis (10-20 hours per week). As the Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in visually communicating our core values and mission across various platforms, with a primary focus on social media images, and PDF support materials for our online courses and programs.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Graphics:

– Create visually compelling and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, conveying our values and engaging our community.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop eye-catching visuals that tell our story and promote our programs.
These will include: graphic images used for ads, graphic images used for organic content, and Group banners.

Course and Program Materials:

– Design aesthetically pleasing PDFs and supporting graphics such as thumbnails graphics for our paid online courses and programs.
– Ensure that all materials align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

Collaboration and Communication:
– Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and goals.
Incorporate feedback from team members to refine designs and continuously improve visual content.

Brand Consistency:

– Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design assets.
– Contribute to the evolution of our brand identity, ensuring it remains fresh and relevant.

Creativity and Innovation:

– Bring fresh and innovative design ideas to the table, pushing the boundaries to create unique and impactful visuals.
– Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques as appropriate.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
– Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
– Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
