Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Design: Design stunning websites, primarily using Wix and other drag and drop editors
2. Social Media Graphics: Be able to quickly create social media videos and graphics

Bonus Skills:

1. Logo Design: Occasionally provide logo design, based on inputs.
2. Excellent WordPress & Figma design, to supplement our existing designer’s work

Requirements:

Video editing, graphic design and web design experience

No development experience needed

Full time employees only:

13th Month Pay

Employees who have worked for the company for at least one year are eligible for the 13th month pay. The amount of the 13th month pay is equivalent to one-twelfth (1/12) of the employee’s total basic salary earned within the calendar year.

The 13th month pay is paid on or before December 24th of each year.

Flexible Schedule

Employees are allowed to work a flexible schedule, provided they work a total of 40 hours a week. Employees are expected to be available to respond to messages for four or more hours during normal CST work hours. The specific hours of work may vary between employees, but must be agreed upon with their manager in advance.

Work Schedule: At least 4 to 6 hours between 9 pm to 4 am Philippine time. The rest you can do at your preferred time as long as you have a total of 40 hours a week.

It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that their work is completed on time and to the expected level of quality. Employees are reviewed based upon the quality of work produced, not the number of hours worked.

Timeproof

Timeproof will be used for time tracking, but pay will not be based on the number of hours worked. Salaried employees will be paid as such, and time tracking does not influence pay or performance based bonuses.
