Job Summary:
Get Out Events, an established event planning agency in Singapore, is seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs for client decks and slides, event floor plans, event promotional materials, and backdrops that meet the clients’ objectives and represent Get Out Events’ brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing client decks and slides that effectively communicate information and engage clients.
Design event floor plans and seating arrangements that are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Produce high-quality event promotional materials such as posters, invitations, and banners that capture the essence of the event and attract attendees.
Design backdrops that enhance the event atmosphere and reflect the client’s brand and message.
Work closely with event planners, vendors, and clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into design concepts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continually improve the quality of work.

Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an event planning or marketing environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to conceptualize and execute designs that communicate messages effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
