About This Opportunity
In this specific opportunity, we’re hiring a Graphic Designer to support the marketing team of a Pilates studio business.

You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with them to support the various needs of the company, including Graphic Design, Video Editing, Copywriting, Admin tasks, and more.

– Video Editing: Efficiently handle video editing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs that meet the company’s standards and expectations.
– Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and impactful graphic designs using Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop), maintaining brand consistency and creativity.
– Collateral Creation: Design a variety of marketing and promotional materials, including ad assets, social media stories, banners, flyers, and pop-up banners, ensuring each piece effectively communicates the intended message.
– Copywriting: Craft compelling and concise copy for various design projects, aligning the text with the visual elements to enhance overall communication.
– EA Work: Provide executive assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and handling other administrative tasks as needed to support the team efficiently.
– SOPs and Documentation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other documentation to streamline processes and ensure clarity and consistency in operations.
– Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and DigitalStack to produce high-quality designs and edits that meet client and company expectations.
– Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to graphic design and video editing projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost care, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all dealings.

Qualifications:
– Highly ethical
– Experience in Graphic Designer/Video editing roles
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What is required to be successful as a Graphic Designer?
– Must provide own device for training and development
– Minimum RAM: 8GB, 16GB recommended
– Laptop: 8th gen Core i5 or better/AMD Ryzen series
– Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above/10th gen Core i3 or higher
– Mac: 2017 Core i5 or higher/2016 Core i7 or higher (Core i3 not recommended)
– Must have suitable work-from-home space in Philippines
– 10 Mbps minimum internet connection
– Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
– Willing to work full-time (40+ hrs/week) during client working hours (Australia-based client; day time in the Philippines)
– Experience with G- Suite
– Experience with Adobe Suite (must-have)
– Experience with Canva
– Experience with remote/virtual work preferred but not required
– Positive attitude and ability to take initiative

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS
– $1,050 per month (Paid Weekly)
