Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. As a Graphic Designer for The Saddle Bank, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual content to support our marketing, branding, and communication efforts. Your designs will play a crucial role in engaging our audience and promoting our services across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Graphics: Design eye-catching graphics for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to promote our products, announcements, and engagement posts.
Banners and Headers: Create professional and visually appealing banners for our website, email newsletters, and social media profiles.
Marketing Materials: Design brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials for both print and digital use.
Leaflets and Promotional Items: Develop visually compelling leaflets, postcards, and other promotional items for distribution at events and through direct mail campaigns.
YouTube Thumbnails: Create engaging and attractive thumbnails for our YouTube videos to increase click-through rates and viewer engagement.
Website Graphics: Design graphics for website updates, blog posts, and landing pages to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user experience.
Email Campaigns: Develop visually appealing graphics for email campaigns, including headers, banners, and infographics.
Infographics: Design infographics to present complex information in an easily digestible and visually engaging format.
Presentation Slides: Create professional presentation slides for webinars, client meetings, and internal use.
Event Materials: Design materials for events, including banners, signage, and promotional items.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to The Saddle Bank’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a freelance capacity.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and web design.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
Experience with designing for both print and digital media.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
