As graphic designer at Digital Reach, you will be designing a range of media for our clients, everything from landing pages to display ads to ebooks and pitch decks. Your role is instrumental in maintaining the brand image and engaging the audiences of our clients. This is an individual contributor role and you will be reporting to the Creative Lead and working US business hours. Some email communication with clients may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Full creative ownership on assigned accounts
* Produce with few revisions following deliverables:
> Website wireframes
> Website mockups
> Website landing page mockups
> Custom website elements (CTA sections, website popups, custom social feeds, etc.)
> Social media templates
> Display ad templates
> Custom email newsletter templates
> Animation
> Banner & display ads
> Produce full brand guides and visual brand direction for startup and established companies
> Make revisions to designs and prototypes, incorporating client and staff feedback
> Perform design QA rounds and document needed changes
* Ensure all works align with client brand guidelines and messaging.
* Produce visual content, ensuring it is on-brand, high-quality, and effective in achieving marketing goals.
* Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, target demographics, and messaging.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive brand identity across campaigns.
* Presenting work to current and potential clients and internally, discerning feedback, and working collaboratively with that feedback with the team
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

The Ideal Candidate Has

* Excellent command of English
* Excellent eye for design
* Excellent command of Figma and Adobe tools
* 3–5 years of experience as a web designer or production design with growth in creative direction
* Agency experience
* A portfolio that showcases interactive and digital projects, including creative executions across web, mobile web, native, and social
* HTML5 skills
* Advanced knowledge of Web User Interface Design (UI), Web User Experience Design (UX), and general web functions and standards
* Ability to discern client and internal feedback and work with the team on adjustments
* Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering creative projects for diverse clients.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and web design trends & best practices
* Ability to work cross-functionally and with a fast-paced team
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Timeline
