ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Ideal candidate has strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for graphic design and typography. Must have the ability to translate marketing into designs that are clear, compelling, and visually appealing.
ROLE:
Graphic Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop creative assets like website graphics, social media graphics, logos, banner ads, email newsletter graphics, and PowerPoint presentations.
* Produce promotional print material such as brochures, packaging/labels, cards, etc. when necessary.
* Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
* Evaluate color, font, and other design elements on websites for revisions and A/B testing experiments.
* Contribute to the design evolution of an existing brand.
* Work independently as well as collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to conceptualize and turn them into visuals.
* Good understanding of WordPress, Shopify, and Web hosting.
* Strong design portfolio.
* Proven expertise in graphic design and can meet deadlines.
* Web Development savvy but yet has a good sense of User Experience and how it contributes to SEO performance.
* Expert knowledge using design platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, etc.
* Experience in working with numerous different marketing platforms such as Google Ads Designer, Facebook, MailChimp, etc.
* Keen to keep up with the latest updates and strategies on SEO and web design
* Perfectionist focuses on details and results-oriented.
* Punctual, Responsive, and Communicative.
* Works well with team members but is quietly independent and dependable.
