Key Responsibilities:
• Design monthly catalogues, including product image deep etching, themed backgrounds, and product information display.
• Create EDM assets, website banners, event flyers, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop fresh and creative design ideas for new initiatives.
• Design store signage and print assets.
• Update website assets, PDFs, and briefs.
• Create and edit images and short videos for social media platforms.
• Develop fun and innovative messaging and designs for promotional campaigns.
• Maintain and update our e-commerce store regularly.

Qualifications and Experience:
• 2-5 years of relevant graphic design and video editing experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify & Big Commerce.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Capability to work within brand guidelines and transform creative concepts into designs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with design trends, layout design, and typography.
• Knowledge of Web Design and UX is a bonus.
• Experience in motion graphics & animation desired but not essential.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be able to commit to standard Australian business hours.
• Passion for pets is a plus!
