About Us:
We are an e-commerce company that has been selling on Amazon and Shopify for over four years. We sell physical products: home goods and funny socks. We currently have 2 employees and are growing fast. We are all completely remote and operate independently. We just make sure to check into our Slack channel every day. Getting good work done on time is more important than logging hours.

You are a team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. You can research topics online. You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time. You have semi-flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You have AMAZING American English. You don’t mind working just a little bit on some weekends. You are a team player.

You will:

Possess exceptional American English language skills.
Have a background in Amazon graphic design (2+ years minimum experience).
Be proficient in utilizing Canva, MidJourney, and Photoshop
Be comfortable using Google Docs, Excel, and Slack.
Excel at conducting online research.
Be a proactive team player.
Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to take initiative.

Job Responsibilities:
As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Working with our team inside the Slack channel to create compelling images for our customers. Have the ability to take criticism and grow from it.

Willingness to grow with a team.

Light Bookkeeping: You will handle basic bookkeeping tasks, primarily involving the downloading of reports that will be provided to our accountant.

Be organized, and keep our files properly named and stored inside of a Google Drive.

General Administrative Duties: Assist in various routine tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive starting rate of $4 USD per hour or $320 per month. Pay increases will come quickly based on performance.
