Position Overview:
Blanton’s Air Plumbing & Electric is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The primary role of this position is to craft compelling marketing materials for both print and digital platforms, leveraging our existing brand elements to maintain our unique retro identity. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and modifying PowerPoint presentations for company events.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content, aligning with the company’s retro brand.
Utilize existing branded material as a basis for creating new designs, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Design and update PowerPoint presentations for company events, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with our brand identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions within deadlines.
Adapt designs based on feedback and revisions to meet the company’s expectations.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure innovative and fresh designs.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
Strong proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in creating and modifying PowerPoint presentations.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and brand consistency.
Ability to interpret and implement design briefs with creativity and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with the marketing team and other departments.
Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
