?The client is looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

The Graphic Designer position includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be a part of a team to shape the visual aspects of websites, brochures, photo editing, social media elements, marketing collateral and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, you might be the person they’re looking for!

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Study design briefs and determine requirements.
-Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
-Be comfortable with client facing presentations and critique as needed.
-Prepare rough drafts and present ideas as needed.
-Develop front-end web pages, marketing collateral (both print and web and other designs using software or by hand).
-Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic, and adhere to all brand standards as defined by other designers or existing branding guides.
-Work with copywriters and other creatives to produce final design.
-Test graphics across various media.
-Amend designs after feedback.
-Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Ability to traffic work by yourself and other designers as required.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
-Must own and operate your personal computer and software as required.
-Proven graphic designing experience (3-5 years in high volume in-house or agency environment).
-A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
-Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Google Drive).
-Ability to learn new skills as needed, troubleshoot and work effectively with other designers and project managers.
-A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
-Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related fields is a plus.
-Willingness to learn, be creative, listen and work in a fast-paced environment.
