Great opportunity for a Graphic Designer who would like to blend their creative, print and digital design flair with involvement in video and other digital marketing technologies, such as Google, Meta, YouTube and web page development.
The company:
Australia’s leading jewellery auction house specialising in fine jewellery, Swiss watches and designer bags, and the only jewellery auction house owned and operated by gemmologists and diamond graders is looking for an experienced mid-weight Graphic Designer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include 3 or more simultaneous projects.
• Design graphics for website banners, eDM’s, Google display ads, social media ads, social posts and other marketing assets as required.
• YouTube and Reels advertising design and development.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams, in the design concept phase through completion of a project.
• Print advertising design and development
• Landing page design and development.
• Auction promotional collateral.
About you:
• Superb communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Experience in lifestyle/fashion/Jewellery would be beneficial.
• Creativity and contemporary design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, including, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• Experience with video production software such as Adobe Premier Pro or similar.
• Knowledge of Google Web Designer would be desirable.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, print and web.
• Degree or recognised graphic design qualifications.
• Meticulous attention to detail and process oriented.
• Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS is desirable but not essential.
• Minimum of 3 years graphic design experience across print and digital – Essential.
