Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer specializing in vector redraws and innovative design
concepts for various applications including screen printing, transfers, embroidery, laser engraving and
patches. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Adobe Illustrator, with a strong portfolio
showcasing creative designs and proficiency in vector manipulation.

Responsibilities:
1. Vector Redraws: Transform raster images into manual high-quality vector graphics while
maintaining the integrity of the original design.
2. Design Concept Development: Generate fresh and engaging design concepts tailored to client
specifications and project requirements.
3. Create Mock-ups: Generate realistic design mock-ups on the selected blank garments, showing
the end customer a representation of the finished product.
4. Screen Printing Design: Create artwork suitable for screen printing, considering color separations,
halftones, and other technical aspects.
5. Embroidery Design: Develop embroidery-ready designs with attention to detail and understanding
of stitch types and limitations.
6. Patch Design: Design custom patches, considering size, shape, and intricacies suitable for
embroidery or other production methods.
7. Adobe Illustrator Expertise: Utilize advanced features of Adobe Illustrator to execute complex
design tasks efficiently.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with clients, production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure
designs meet expectations and technical requirements.
9. Quality Assurance: Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
before final production.
10. Research and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technology to
continually improve design skills and processes.

Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is essential, with advanced skills in vector manipulation and
design creation.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in vector redraws, creative design concepts, and
experience in screen printing, embroidery, and patch design.
3. Experience in art separations for screen printing is a plus.
4. Photo editing experience
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and
clients.
6. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and deliver innovative
solutions.
8. Knowledge of production processes and print techniques for various applications is desirable.
