Job Title: Graphic Designer

General Description:

Will be a creative, self-motivated individual with a keen visual sense and passion for good design. Ideas will be communicated clearly and effectively, verbally and visually, internally as well as externally with attention to detail. Must have the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines, with the possibility of working after hours.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Required to support the mission of the agency.

2. Ability to create high quality designs for various clients and mediums.

3. Demonstrate the ability to lead a project from conception to completion.

4. Ability to create high quality designs for digital and print.

5. Confer with the team in developing materials for projects.

6. Demonstrate a strong background in various mediums.

7. Manage brand consistency for multiple clients.

8. Translate strategic objectives into design elements

9. Working knowledge of graphic design principles.

10. Ability to generate new and original ideas within the parameters of stated objectives

11. Excellent communication skills.

12. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

13. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Must have working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required – Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and meet strict deadlines. Required – Ability to work well with team and clients.
Required – Must have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Education:

*Bachelors preferred –
Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or marketing

Education Note:

Training And Experience:
Three to five (3-5) years of experience working in a creative atmosphere or marketing
