Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with expertise in graphic design to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging and visually appealing graphics. This role will involve designing content for social media, newsletters, websites, and various marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design Creation: Design graphics for social media, newsletters, websites, and other marketing materials using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with PolarStar Airsoft’s brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look across all platforms.
Content Creation Support: Assist in creating visual content for campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
Social Media Graphics: Design engaging graphics for social media posts, stories, ads, and banners.
Email Newsletter Design: Create visually appealing layouts and graphics for email newsletters. (Mailchimp)
Event and Promo Materials: Design posters, flyers, and other promotional materials for events and sales.
Product Photography Editing: Edit and enhance product photos for use in marketing materials and online stores.
Infographics and Illustrations: Develop infographics and custom illustrations to support content marketing efforts.
Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.

Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience with Canva and other user-friendly design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work.
Understanding of branding and visual identity.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with the marketing team.

Optional Skills
Basic video editing skills for creating short promotional videos.
Knowledge of web design and experience with platforms like Shopify.
