We are an in-house agency that creates ads for companies ranging from hair treatment services to real estate to renovation to air purifiers — the sky is the limit!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a passion for creating compelling digital ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and trends, along with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually impactful designs that drive results. This role will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop ads that resonate with our target audience across various digital channels .

At the same time, you will also work closely with our Creative Director to develop and strength our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

– Conceptualize and design eye-catching digital ads for various platforms including social media, display networks, and email campaigns.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience, and translate them into effective ad designs.
– Create engaging animations, GIFs, and other interactive elements to enhance ad performance.
– Conduct A/B testing to evaluate ad performance and iterate on designs to improve results.
– Manage multiple ad projects simultaneously and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
– Create designs for other marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, etc…

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
– Preferably has 2 or more years of working experience in any performance marketing brand
– Proven experience creating digital ads for Meta, IG and Google (*Please provide a portfolio of your past work)
– Expert level Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
– Keen eye for aesthetic designs.
– Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
– Be a team player
– Can work under pressure and tight deadlines

More information on the role:
– Fully remote job so you can work from wherever you like as long as you have a stable and reliable internet connection.
– Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM (Singapore time). Do note that OT may be required from time to time.
