Graphic Designer

Our Graphic Designer will work daily with our Videographers, Copywriters, Web Developers and Marketing
Channel Managers to produce results-driven and creative material.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Work with a wide range of media and be proficient in graphic design software, including all Adobe programs
– Lead post-production process/editing on all creative video/photo projects
– Produce long and short form cuts for a variety of outlets: website, social media, digital displays, creative pitches, etc.
– Manage quality of all edits from internal and external executions
– Keep technical knowledge updated
– Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
– Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
– Develop illustrations, logos, website graphics, etc. as needed
– Ability to carry projects from conception to completion within assigned timelines
– Collaborate with fellow in-house creatives and other internal department members to ideate, support and promote creative excellence

Skills and Requirements:

– Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related
field
– Minimum 2 years of proven graphic designing experience
– Demonstrable graphic design skills with a portfolio
– Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
– Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
– Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc…)
– Highly proficient in all design aspects
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Ability to take design direction and positively respond to feedback
