Position Summary: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and dynamic animations and motion graphics that bring our projects to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and proficiency in animation software to produce engaging visual content across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Design and produce captivating animations and motion graphics for a variety of projects including videos, commercials, promotional content, presentations, and social media campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop storyboards and visual concepts that effectively communicate ideas and messages to target audiences.
Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and motion design elements to enhance the visual appeal and impact of animations, ensuring seamless integration with audio and video elements.
Integrate typography and graphic design elements into motion graphics to convey information, highlight key messages, and maintain brand consistency.
Create and manipulate graphic assets including illustrations, icons, and logos to be used in animations, ensuring high-quality and cohesive visual presentation.
Edit and composite video footage, audio tracks, and motion graphics elements to produce polished and professional video content.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including videographers, editors, writers, and clients to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver high-quality motion graphics solutions that meet project goals and objectives.
Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine and iterate on animation designs.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field.
At least 3 years work experience OR equivalent combination of education and freelance experience in Graphic Design
Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative animation work.
Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, composition, and color theory.
Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation techniques is desirable but not required.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects and related comparable platforms.
Self-confidence in creative idea generation and ability to communicate a narrative.
Excellent project management and organization skills.
Knowledge and understanding of sports business, sports media and athlete representation industry.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual narratives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality and consistency across animations.
