Job Description

Overview:
I am seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for cars and a keen understanding of modern design aesthetics and principles and should know how to design within a design system. This role requires expertise in designing digital banner ads, newsletter layouts, and print materials, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication skills and be adept at using Mailchimp for newsletter development.

Responsibilities:

Design compelling digital banner ads, newsletter layouts, and print materials that resonate with our automotive audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team and work under the guidance of the Creative Director to conceptualize and execute creative assets that adhere to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Ensure consistency in design across all platforms, maintaining a high standard of quality and innovation.
Demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow direction in implementing design feedback.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital banner ads, newsletter layouts, print layouts, and automotive-related design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Experience using Mailchimp to create and manage newsletter campaigns.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Who is your favorite graphic designer?
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to adhere to design guidelines and follow directions from the Creative Director.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital design (a big bonus).
Familiarity with social media graphic design and content creation.
