Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating visual content that resonates with our audience, including graphics for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. Your designs will play a key role in telling our story, sharing success stories, and providing educational content to help our audience thrive in Canada.
Responsibilities:
Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for a variety of platforms, including social media, YouTube, newsletters, and our website.
Collaborate with the content team to visualize and bring to life ideas that effectively communicate our mission and messages.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, applying best practices to all design projects.
Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
Provide creative input and suggestions to improve existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with the content team and stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in designing for diverse audiences, particularly in the context of immigration and IT, is highly desirable.
Logo design experience is a plus
Infographic design experience is a plus
Branding kit design is a plus
