Job Role Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design Development: Craft visually compelling and impactful designs, encompassing logos, marketing collateral, brochures, websites, social media graphics, and various promotional materials.
2. Conceptualization and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients and team members to grasp project requirements, fostering the development of design concepts aligned with project objectives.
3. Image Enhancement: Employ image editing techniques to refine and elevate visual elements, encompassing cropping, retouching, and color correction for improved quality and aesthetic impact.
4. Typography Mastery: Thoughtfully select and apply fonts, text styles, and layout choices to enhance written content within designs.
5. Software Expertise: Leverage proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other cutting-edge design applications to create and modify designs effectively.
6. Brand Identity Stewardship: Develop and uphold brand identity guidelines, ensuring the consistent application of logos, colors, and fonts across all materials.
7. Print Production Excellence: Skillfully prepare designs for print, encompassing file setup, color management, and seamless coordination with print vendors.
8. Web Design Integration: Create visually engaging web graphics and collaborate with web developers to seamlessly implement designs online, ensuring a harmonious visual experience.

Qualifications:
