Our rapidly growing Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates the ability to produce high-quality graphics and other digital designs. Our clientele represent a large range of professions within the American real estate market. We work with realtors, contractors, loan officers, notaries, and many other professionals. Experience or knowledge with the American real estate market is a plus, but not required. In this position, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative graphics and digital images for our clients, within their personal brand, to be utilized on various social media platforms, websites, blogs, etc.. This is a fast-paced, ever evolving position. We are looking for someone innovative, dedicated, and willing to take initiative within their designated role.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with other members of the creative team and account managers to understand clients’ brand identities, target audience, and marketing objectives.
– Create visually stunning graphics, including but not limited to social media posts, thumbnails, banners, infographics, ads, and logos that align with clients’ brand guidelines.
– Develop innovative and engaging designs that effectively communicate clients’ messages and capture the attention of their target audience.
– Ensure all designs are optimized for various social media platforms, taking into account image size, resolution, and formatting requirements.
– Stay up to date with current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging social media platforms, incorporating them into your designs when relevant.
– Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and meeting deadlines.
– Collaborate closely with the creative team and account managers to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
– Maintain an organized library of design assets, including stock photos, fonts, and templates, for efficient and consistent design production.
– Work closely with the creative team to integrate still visual elements with video and written content to enhance overall brand messaging and storytelling.
– Continuously refine and improve design processes to increase efficiency and deliver high-quality designs in a timely manner.
– Stay up to date with the current events, trends, and shifts in the American real estate market to best be able to communicate industry knowledge through graphic designs for clients.

Requirements:
– At least 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a social media marketing agency or similar environment.
– Proficient in American English (HIGHLY important – this will be tested).
– Knowledge of the American Real Estate Market (not required, but highly preferred).
– Expertise in graphic design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
– Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
– Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including but not limited to social media graphics, logos, and branding materials.
– Solid understanding of social media platforms and their design specifications.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight project deadlines.
– Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
– Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and emerging technologies.
