We are looking for a candidate who is inquisitive, self-motivated and loves to create and innovate. The successful candidate will have a keen attention to detail, thrive in a collaborative environment, and be responsible for guiding new product concepts through early stages of the product development life cycle.

What we are looking for:
• At least 3+ years working in the Graphic Design space
• A strong portfolio of work they’ve completed for other physical products companies
• Experience working in a remote team with reliable tools and office set up
Suggested Software Proficiency:
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop
• Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator
• Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign
• Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Dimension
• ClickUp / Other Project Management software (eg Basecamp/Asana)
• BONUS: Adobe Lightroom & After Effects

Your responsibilities would include:
• Management of the Product Development Polling process which includes interpreting a brief, creating polling imagery, and understanding polling results
• Build imagery based on a concept while maintaining brand consistency
• Design data driven creative solutions based on poll results and market research
• Creative involvement with the development of products and have a good understanding of consumer needs – product design experience would be helpful in this role, but is not essential
• Create and update product packaging in keeping with our branding guidelines
• Retouch and adapt our current product listings, photos, and imagery
• Assist with graphics and polling to help determine key imagery
• Collaborate with the content team and content writers
• Master time management and meet key delivery dates

Summary
Through the guidance of the Product Development Manager, we hope to utilise your skills to maximise efficiency and innovation in the early stages of a product lifecycle through to the point of production. In this role you will develop the ability to conceptualise, test, enhance, and build our product suites across three distinct brands. The candidate must be excited by a fast-paced dynamic work environment and the opportunity to showcase their ingenuity. Although this role is for a Graphic Designer, having previous experience or interest in designing or engineering products would be valuable to this position. The candidate must be able to work on Australian Eastern Standard Time and have reliable internet access and office set up.
