We work directly with artisans in India to handmake wooden and marble products, providing a high quality product to the US consumers. We are currently seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and talented Graphic Designer to create visually stunning designs for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be an extroverted team player, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for crafting designs using graphic design software for our products, including Etsy listings, digital catalogs, and QR code flows.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

– Create compelling and visually appealing designs for a range of projects, including but not limited to Etsy listings, digital catalogs, and QR code flows.

– Use graphic design software to develop designs that align with our brand identity and meet project specifications.

– Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

– Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve designs and outcomes.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, technology, and software.

– Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

– Communicate ideas and concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.

– Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital assets and design files.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.

– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

– Experience creating designs for Etsy listings and other e-commerce platforms.

– Strong understanding of QR code design and digital catalog creation.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Extroverted and team-oriented with a positive attitude.

– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative design.

– Familiarity with current design trends and emerging technologies.
