Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, have a keen eye for detail, and be capable of handling a variety of tasks ranging from designing marketing materials to performing ad hoc administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Brochures: Design and layout visually appealing brochures that showcase commercial properties.
Flyers: Create engaging and informative flyers for various real estate marketing campaigns.
EDM Templates: Develop and design effective EDM templates for email marketing campaigns.
Social Media Assets: Produce eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media platforms.
Press Ads: Design compelling advertisements for magazines and newspapers.
Photo Markups: Enhance photos by adding icons, outlining roads, properties, and location tags.
Ad Hoc Admin Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:
Proficiency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Graphic Design Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail to ensure all designs are of the highest quality.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
