Graphic Designer

We’re in search of an exceptionally talented Graphic Designer to collaborate with us on a project basis. In the capacity of a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to craft a diverse range of visual materials, encompassing items like posters, pamphlets, business cards, newsletters, and more. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and prior experience with MailChimp are prerequisites for this role. Furthermore, the ability to engage in online collaboration for at least one hour a day is a vital component of this position.
Responsibilities
– Design Marketing Materials: Create visually appealing posters, pamphlets, and other promotional materials to effectively convey our brand messages and advertising campaigns.
– Develop Business Cards: Design professional and memorable business cards that reflect our company’s image and branding.
– Craft Newsletters in MailChimp: Produce engaging and informative newsletters for internal and external distribution, ensuring that the content is visually appealing and easy to read.
– Proficiency in Adobe InDesign: Utilize Adobe InDesign to its full potential to create layouts, manipulate images, and produce high-quality print-ready materials.
– University-Trained Graphic Designer: Be a university-trained graphic designer with a formal education in graphic design or a related field. Self-taught designers are not eligible for this position.
– Online Communication and Collaboration: Be available for online communication and collaboration for at least one hour a day, facilitating discussions, sharing progress, and seeking input from team members to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
– Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, as well as other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
– Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in creating posters, pamphlets, business cards, and newsletters.
– Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team and meet project deadlines.
