Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Aspire Buyers Agency, a property buyers’ agency. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in visually representing our brand and communicating complex real estate information in a visually appealing and easily understandable manner. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your design expertise to enhance our clients’ experience and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Branding and Collateral Design:

Develop and maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand identity across all marketing materials.
Design marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.

Digital and Print Media:
Create engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
Design visually appealing print materials such as banners, signage, and advertisements.

Infographics and Data Visualization:
Work closely with the Property Research team to transform complex data and research findings into visually compelling infographics and charts.
Develop creative visualizations to convey property information to clients in an easy-to-understand format.

Website Design and Maintenance:
Collaborate with the web development team to design and update website elements, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.
Create graphics for blog posts, property listings, and other website content.

Client Presentations:
Design visually stunning and effective presentations for client meetings, incorporating property images, data visualizations, and brand elements.
Ensure presentations align with the company’s brand guidelines and convey professionalism.

Photography Enhancement:
Collaborate with photographers to enhance and edit property photos for marketing purposes.
Maintain a high standard of visual quality in all property images.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including print and digital materials.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
