Key Responsibilities:
Design and Create Ad Creatives: Develop 3-5 high-quality creatives daily for Facebook and Google ads that align with our brand and marketing goals.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with our marketing team via Slack to understand project requirements, receive feedback, and deliver designs in a timely manner.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all designs are visually appealing, error-free, and meet the specified guidelines and standards.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, especially in digital advertising, to keep our ads fresh and competitive.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, particularly with creating ads for Facebook and Google platforms.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant tools.
Creativity: Strong creative skills and an eye for detail. Ability to think outside the box and come up with unique and engaging ad designs.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively using Slack.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work, particularly ad creatives for Facebook and Google ads.
