Hours: Part-Time (Approximately 20 hours per week, with fluctuations)

We collaborate closely with treatment providers, government agencies, and recovery coaches to ensure that employment becomes a central component of the recovery journey, providing comprehensive support to our clients.

Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at On A Dime Transformations, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by translating abstract concepts into visually compelling and impactful designs. We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled individual who can adapt to our dynamic work environment and contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

Design and Branding: Create visually stunning and cohesive designs for a variety of purposes, including curriculum materials, marketing collateral, pitch decks, presentations, and proposals.

Adaptability: Quickly understand and adapt to changing design requirements and project specifications.

Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, InDesign, and other relevant software, to create high-quality visuals.

Project Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and objectives, ensuring that design work aligns with our mission and messaging.

Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with team members, sharing progress, and seeking feedback as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, InDesign, and other relevant graphic design software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design.
