What does success look like?

As a Graphic Designer with exceptional expertise in Adobe Photoshop, you will be a vital member of our Creative Design team, responsible for creating high-quality and realistic mocked-up product images for our Amazon business. Your artistic talent and attention to detail will be instrumental in presenting our products in the best light and enhancing the overall customer experience on the platform.

ONE THING: To showcase our products in a visually appealing and authentic manner through expertly crafted Photoshop mock-ups, driving customer engagement and increasing sales on Amazon.

Primary Objectives 20% BIG ROCKS – These must be done first and at all costs.
1. Create any assigned digital product mockups
2. Create any assigned Social Media Graphics

Regular Work Activities 80% – These must be done ongoing daily/weekly after the BIG ROCKS are complete.

1. Product Mock-ups: Use your exceptional Photoshop skills to create realistic and visually stunning product mock-ups that accurately represent our products to potential customers on Amazon.
2. Collaboration: Collaborate with the product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product specifications and requirements for creating compelling mock-ups.
3. Image Enhancement: Retouch and enhance product images to improve their visual appeal, ensuring the images comply with Amazon’s image guidelines.
4. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design elements and brand identity across all product mock-ups, aligning them with our company’s overall brand guidelines.
5. Quality Assurance: Review and double-check all mock-ups to ensure accuracy, visual consistency, and professionalism before uploading them on Box.
6. Complete various projects as requested by leadership.
7. Responsible for maintaining and organizing design files

Requirements
– Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
– Demonstrated mastery of Photoshop, with a proven track record of creating realistic and professional-looking product mock-ups.
– E-commerce Experience: Familiarity with Amazon’s platform and image guidelines especially with A+ content will be advantageous, enabling you to tailor your designs specifically for the e-commerce environment.
– Attention to Detail: Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of product mock-ups.
– Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively to present products in unique and eye-catching ways while maintaining a consistent brand image.
– Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple mock-up projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Team Player: Collaborative nature and effective communication skills, as you will be working closely with various teams to understand product requirements and deliver high-quality mock-ups.
– Strong layout and typography skills (this is extremely important)
– Natural sense of color and creativity (this is extremely important)
– Great ability to focus and use time wisely (assignments must not take you an absurd amount of time to complete)
