Overview:
We’re looking for a creatively-minded full-time graphic designer focused on paid advertising campaigns with a passion for performance marketing to join our team remotely. You will design ad concepts using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and collaborate with our creative team to formulate new campaign concepts for each client.
The ideal candidate is creative and performance-driven, a team player who is also a proactive and independent thinker.
Applicants should have strong design knowledge and an understanding of advertising in the digital world.
They should have their finger on the pulse of what’s trending in the social space, and respond to changes in the landscape by proposing new ideas and creative solutions.

As a part of our team, the Graphic Designer – Advertising will have the opportunity to learn firsthand how to leverage performance-focused creative for long-term client growth, develop innovative content ideas for paid ads, and grow their skills in a fast-paced and exciting startup environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visuals for Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure designs meet business goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients to accurately represent their brand image and messaging.
• Stay updated on design trends and digital marketing best practices.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Organize design assets for easy access and retrieval.
Requirements:
• Availability: 9am – 6pm EST.
• 2-3 years experience in advertising or marketing design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing various design styles.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with the online advertising industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Notion and Trello for project management.
