At SheCEO Virtual Assistant Agency we are searching for a virtual assistant for a permanent part-time role of 15 hours a week over 5 days initially. It may drop to 10 hours after 3 weeks.

This position has the potential to become full time across several of our clients. Salary: 240 PHP per hour, paid per fortnight (bi-weekly).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will work for our client who is a marketing and business coach. You will be responsible for working heavily within Kartra, as well as Canva and other software. Your daily tasks will include graphic design, website creation, Kartra work, funnels and more. You will have both recurring and ad hoc tasks, and work closely with the Client. You will also have a key role in their marketing team, so a background in digital marketing is a must.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Kartra work: landing pages, workflows, funnels, emails, online learning portal, etc.
– customer care: emails, resources, general admin
– operations management: scheduling, problem solving, organisation
– Graphic design: social media content, fliers, advertisements, etc.
– digital marketing: lead gen, planning, analysing, etc.
– weekly meetings with our VA Agency as needed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
– strong experience creating graphic design content is a MUST
– Kartra experience is a MUST
– history of digital marketing is a MUST
– extensive experience with canva, instagram and video creation apps
– exceptional English speaking and writing skills
– experience as a VA for small businesses (Australian businesses is desirable, but not essential)
– excellent time-management and organisation
– excellent attention to detail
– marketing understanding and/or experience (funnels, lead gen, etc.)
– friendly and welcoming

INCENTIVES:
We value our team and have many incentives such as bonuses and rewards. While this is a permanent contract based role, we still offer your 13th month bonus, and other regular bonuses.
