Graphic Designer and Digitizer

Seeking a skilled graphic designer and digitizer with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Wilcom (preferred) for an embroidery/screenprinting business owner. The successful candidate will be responsible for vectorizing and digitizing artwork for screenprinting and embroidery, sending embroidery artwork to 3rd party digitizer, managing 3rd party digitizers, and creating vector art and separations (as needed).

Responsibilities:
– Vectorize artwork in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (2-5 files/day)
– Digitize artwork using Wilcom or managing 3rd party digitizers (2-15 files per week)
– Send embroidery artwork to 3rd party digitizer via email
– Create vector art and separations (as needed)
– Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of designs
– Maintain accurate records and files for all designs and digitization projects

Skills and Qualifications:
– Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
– Experience in Wilcom or other digitizing software preferred
– Current access to Wilcom with license preferred (a plus)
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
– Experience in vector art and separations (preferred)
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions closely
– Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and procedures
– Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
– Availability to work US business hours
– Fluency in English
– Familiarity with Printavo software a plus
– Must have fast internet that can handle video calls well

Additional Information:
– Starting part-time with the potential to move to full-time after two months if workload allows
– Work initially during US East Coast time with the option to transition to a partial US shift and partial PH shift
– Two-week trial period included
– The supervisor will show you the work, but you will need to create SOPs for your tasks for review by the boss as you get into your work
