Responsibilities:
Lead the design, construction, and fine-tuning of sales funnels within the Kartra platform, optimizing these pathways to drive enhanced conversions and revenue growth.
Harness the power of A/B testing and data analytics to distill actionable insights, subsequently employing this intelligence to continually refine and elevate the performance of sales funnels.
Craft captivating and visually stunning designs for a wide array of digital marketing collateral, encompassing social media graphics, email templates, infographics, and web assets.
Play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing a cohesive brand identity by crafting and adhering to design guidelines, ensuring every visual element reinforces the company’s unique personality and voice.
Foster seamless collaboration with marketing and content teams to conceive and deliver compelling visuals that seamlessly harmonize with the company’s core messaging and strategic objectives.
Innovate and adapt visuals for diverse social media platforms, ensuring that content remains not just on-brand but irresistibly engaging to our audience.
Contribute to the development and execution of cutting-edge social media advertising campaigns, leveraging design expertise to captivate target audience.
Scrutinize and interpret social media metrics, drawing valuable insights to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of our visual content, and inform future design decisions.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a graphic designer and funnel specialist role or similar position, showcasing a successful track record in creating captivating designs and optimizing sales funnels.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design across a variety of mediums, from digital to print, showcasing creativity, technical skill, and artistic flair.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in constructing high-performing sales funnels, particularly using Kartra or equivalent funnel- building platforms, to drive conversions and revenue.
Proven expertise in social media management, content creation, data analytics, and A/B testing, with a deep understanding of strategies for optimizing funnels and boosting engagement on social platforms.
Proficiency in crafting content that resonates with the target audience, aligns with the brand’s strategic objectives, and leaves a lasting impact, especially in the realm of graphics.
A strong history of creating top-tier graphics that go beyond aesthetics, conveying powerful messages and elevating brand recognition.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with cross-functional teams, effectively translating ideas into visually compelling designs.
An analytical mindset with the capacity to monitor and interpret social media metrics, leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decision- making and continuous improvement.
A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently, taking the initiative, and consistently meeting deadlines, even in a fast-paced environment.
