THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
• Have strong visual brand identity and package design skills, with a demonstrable track record in designing packaging, product inserts, infographics, and other identity assets
• Experience in typography, color, composition, compositing, keyframing, and title design
• Create various types and formats of graphics and motion designs to tell stories across multiple platforms
• Be able to mix different media into a complete experience (video, graphics, music).
• Show proficiency with branding guidelines.
• Perform non-linear editing using Final Cut or Adobe Premiere software and design after-effects as needed including motion graphics, layout, and animation
• Be detail-oriented and possess a sophisticated design style
• Knowledge of social media and how to engage audiences on digital platforms in the public space is essential to this role
• Ability to work with the team directly in edit sessions to assess needs and meet project requirements.
• Know how to properly maintain a digital archive
• Possess strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player
• Have experience working in a fast-paced environment on weekly deadlines
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Social media posts (on all social platforms; formatted specific to that platform)
• Crafting tailored visuals for various social media platforms to maximize engagement.
• Creating eye-catching images that enhance our blog content and captivate readers.
• Designing graphics that visually represent each podcast episode, generating interest.
• Call To Action (CTA) Images: Designing persuasive visuals for Facebook/IG ads, blog posts and ads on other platforms
• Creating attention-grabbing thumbnails for higher click-through rates on YouTube.
• Crafting informative infographics for engaging content delivery.
• Designing compelling landing page images that resonate with landing page visitors.
ON THE FIRST MONTH:
• Create 30+ captivating social media creatives for organic and paid campaigns.
• Design 12 podcast graphics, including carousels, stories, and thumbnails.
• 6 Website and UX graphic projects to enhance our digital presence.
KPI’s
• Deliver 50 graphic designs monthly for social media, podcasts, and blogs.
• Contribute to growing organic website traffic and generating valuable leads.
• Amplify social media reach, engagement, and leads

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Must have 3+ years of experience in graphic design + motion design
• Experience in the full Adobe Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, and Illustrator
• Experience with remote team tools like, Slack, Asana, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype, and Zoom
• Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 40 wpm+)
• Familiarity/Knowledge with web design is a plus
TECH REQUIREMENTS:
• Computer – at least i7 or equivalent with 16gb RAM
• Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
Work core hours are from Monday to Friday 12 pm ET – 8 pm ET// 12 am PHT – 8 am PHT. During major launches, working hours might extend to a maximum of 45 hours per week.
This is a full-time contractor position, initially for a 90-day contract, with the potential for full-time employment or a design manager position thereafter based on performance and fit.
Salary Range of PHP50,000 – 70,000 monthly
