We are hiring for Kate Gilbert, a driven marketing strategist. Kate is well known with her clients for holding them to task, making sure they get things done, and keeping their marketing on point! She also has a strong background in graphic design & video editing but needs help because her client load is steadily increasing.

Next…who are we looking for?

We are looking for a part-time Rockstar Graphic Designer/Admin VA. This team member will be responsible for assisting Kate in graphic design, basic video editing, content repurposing and social media scheduling.

We need someone who has the following skills and is able to complete the following tasks:

Exemplary knowledge of design principles and mastery of different design software
Strong background in graphic design
Able to establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
Compelling Video editing skills
Social Media research, posting and engagement (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram & LinkedIn)
Can repurpose contents and reels
Email Management
System tasks – setting up and managing SOPs
Collecting monthly analytics for the business
Admin related tasks

You must be very detail-oriented, organized, analytical, deadline-oriented and have integrity.

A few other things you might need to know:

*Kate works in the Eastern time zone and will require some overlap.
*Strong written and verbal English skills are a must.
* Approximately 20 hours per week, but has the potential to go full time.
*Prior use of video editing software would be an added perk!
