QUALIFICATIONS:
– Advanced technical proficiency with Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop) and Canva required. Experience with ProCreate is desirable.
– Ability to optimize photographs for publication, especially with low-light / dark environments.
– Strong artistic and creative skills.
– Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
– Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to work independently and deliver products under time constraints.
– A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 10-15Mbps with a backup internet connection.
– Love of Christmas.

DESCRIPTION:
We are a growing and highly efficient lighting company, specializing in holiday light installations, looking for a high-impact team member to serve as our in-house Graphic Designer/Artist. We prioritize safety, and frequently find ourselves on ladders at great heights, which requires our complete focus (and why your job is so important). Your work must be detail-oriented, thorough, and efficient. While your work will largely be done independently, you will work collaboratively and under the direction of our Quote Creator/Office Manager and Owner.

You will create a variety of virtual renderings of holiday light installations on American homes and buildings using photos taken from Street View of Google Earth, and other sources such as Redfin, Zillow, etc. These renderings will be reviewed and attached as a critical component of each individual project proposal. As our Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually captivating renderings and multimedia content to provide to potential clients.

We require strong written English skills, exceptional organizational skills, proficiency using a variety of tech platforms, and a commitment to sustained excellence. We demand dependability and availability throughout the work day, particularly during our peak demand months of October to December.

SCHEDULE / WORK HOURS:
We are based in Los Angeles and require prompt responses to client inquiries between the hours of 8am and 4pm Pacific Time.
40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts per day, with the opportunity to work additional hours during our peak season.

COMPENSATION:
– 4,000 (PHP) per week (?17,333 per month)
– Pay period every 2 weeks
– We also offer performance bonuses and raises for exceptional performance
