Graphic Designer/ Assistant

Position Overview:
Sparx Design is on the hunt for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. We provide cutting-edge design solutions, and your role will be pivotal in creating visually compelling graphics that resonate with our clientele and enhance our brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Development: Conceive and develop designs that adhere to client specifications while maintaining Sparx’s standard of excellence.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines, enhancing Sparx’s identity and message.
Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to gather feedback, make revisions, and deliver final assets that exceed expectations.
Design Variety: Produce a range of graphics, from social media visuals and banners to print materials and website assets.
Stay Updated: Continuously research design trends, ensuring Sparx Design remains modern and ahead of the curve.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of graphics across platforms.
Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle feedback.
