We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for brand development to join our dynamic team and help elevate our brand presence in the competitive real estate market.

Position Overview: The emphasis of this role will be on brand building, with a strong focus on developing cohesive visual brand identities based on our brand discovery process. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of brand development, and the ability to translate a client’s vision into a compelling brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Discovery: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand the brand’s vision and goals. Utilize our established brand discovery process to gather insights and develop a strategic brand framework.

Visual Moodboard Creation: Design and present visual moodboards that capture the essence of the brand’s vision and inspire the overall design direction.

Design & Refinement: Develop initial design concepts and refine them based on that the designs align with the brand’s vision and strategic goals.

Brand Identity Creation: Develop and design comprehensive brand identities, including logos, colour schemes, typography, and visual elements, tailored to the real estate industry.

Brand Kit Design: A one-page overview outlining the fonts/colours/visual elements. Ensure the brand kit provides a clear and concise representation of the brand identity.

Brand Guidelines Development: Create and maintain detailed brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms. This is generally a 45-page document showing our client how to properly implement their brand.

Marketing Collateral: Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, presentations, business cards, signs, buyer/seller guides (real estate).

Digital Presence: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to design website graphics, email templates, and social media content that align with the brand identity.

Client Presentations: Prepare visually appealing presentations and proposals to showcase our brand development strategies to clients and stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.

Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure our brand remains relevant and innovative.

Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members into design revisions while maintaining the integrity of the brand identity.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on brand development. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant design software.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create cohesive and impactful brand identities.
Creativity: Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
