Job Title: Graphic Designer and Brand Design Specialist

Job Type: Part-Time (15 hours per week to start)
Salary: $400 per month

Intellect Media Co, a full-service video production marketing agency, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Brand Design Specialist to join our team. As our designer, you will be responsible for consistently creating high-quality graphics and designs for both Intellect Media Co and our clients.

Responsibilities:
* Create visually appealing designs for Intellect Media Co and our clients, including but not limited to Instagram graphics, social media posts/templates, event flyers, and video lower thirds .png files
* Work with each client to develop a brand brief, color palette (4-6 colors), brand guidelines, brand strategy handbook, and unique selling proposition
* Develop a strong understanding of each client’s vision, mission, and values to create designs that align with their brand
* Collaborate with the Intellect Media Co team to ensure that all designs align with our clients’ goals and objectives
* Deliver work within a given timeframe and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are being met
* Develop and maintain a consistent brand image for Intellect Media Co across all platforms

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a graphic designer and brand design specialist
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and InDesign
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
* Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
* Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
* Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward
