We’re looking for a Philippine-based, graphic designer to join our team.
About the Job:
We are a well-established digital marketing agency looking for a full-time graphic designer to join our growing team of 10 professionals based in Australia, India, and the Philippines.
As a graphic designer, you will create impressive graphics for different platforms and channels, and contribute to our clients’ success by delivering high-quality designs on time.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create impressive graphics for different platforms and channels based on creative briefs and marketing strategy
– Meet deadlines and complete projects on time
– Be agile with design software and integration
– Be up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques
– Attend Zoom meetings with your video and sound on
– Be available between 11am – 5pm (Sydney time) on weekdays
– Look professional on Zoom calls
Requirements:
– At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer and/or brand designer
– Strong design skills with a focus on branding
– Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
– Good understanding and/or working knowledge of website design and motion graphics
– Must have an updated design portfolio
– Great time management skills
– Reliable and responsive
– Good internet connection
– Availability between 11 am – 5 pm (Sydney time) on weekdays
– Ability to attend Zoom meetings with video and sound on
– Professional appearance on Zoom calls
Bonus skills
While not a mandatory requirement for this role, possessing certain additional skills would be considered a valuable asset to the team. Therefore, having the following skills would be considered a bonus and increase your suitability for this position.
– College degree in Arts or Graphic Design
– Strong illustration skills
– Experience with designing websites, landing pages, and emails in HubSpot
– Experience with AI Image tools like Midjourney
– Experience with website design tools such as Adobe XD
– Experience with animation tools such as After Effects
Important:
– You must have a good internet connection as you will be required to join Zoom calls with your video on (to discuss graphic design project requirements with the team or with clients)
– You will need to be available at a minimum between 11 am – 5 pm (Sydney time) on weekdays. We need someone who can be ready to work at the same time we are working in Sydney, Australia.
– You will need to join Zoom meetings with your video and sound on, and look professional (ie no dark, untidy rooms or loud noises in the background). This is very important, so please be aware of this requirement before applying for the job.
