Are you a talented and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in both Canva and InDesign? I am a start-up business seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join my team and contribute to the visual appeal of our projects. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics and layouts for various templates, eBooks, guides and marketing materials.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Design eye-catching graphics and layouts using Canva and InDesign.
2. Collaborate with me to understand project requirements and objectives.
3. Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
4. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Respond to Skype messages and emails promptly, within 24 hours.
6. Incorporate feedback from team members to refine designs.

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Canva and InDesign skills.
2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign.
3. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Compensation**
I am a small business/Start-up on a budget so it varies per project, average for a 30 page eBook is $20 and larger projects can go up to $100. I estimate multiple projects per month.

**Pre-Interview Questions:**

1. Can you provide examples of different projects where you’ve used Canva and InDesign to create compelling designs?
2. How do you ensure brand consistency when working on different design projects?
3. Can you share a situation where you had to meet tight deadlines and how you managed to accomplish the tasks efficiently?
4. How do you handle and incorporate feedback from team members into your designs?
