Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and skilled Graphic Designer with a strong passion for consumer-packaged goods (CPG) branding and design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating visually captivating designs that resonate with consumers and effectively communicate the essence of the brands we work with. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various mediums and a proven ability to create visually compelling materials that align with brand and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Create visually appealing and effective designs for Google Ads and social media campaigns, ensuring they adhere to all social platforms and Google’s ad guidelines and best practices.
2. Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch presentations and sales collateral, that effectively communicate key product information.
3. Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, banners, email templates, and landing pages to support various online and offline marketing campaigns.
4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful branding across all touchpoints, both digital and print.
5. Maintain brand guidelines that establish a unified and recognizable brand identity, ensuring that all design assets align with the brand’s visual standards.
6. Collaborate with other team members to conceptualize and execute design concepts that meet project objectives.
7. Generate innovative concepts for new product launches, limited editions, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
8. Design trade show materials, point-of-sale displays, and promotional materials that capture attention and drive consumer engagement.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
– Proficient English Speaker: comfortable in talking writing, and reading
– Excellent organization and time management skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
– Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
– A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with an emphasis on Google Ads, Amazon, marketing collateral, and brand identity.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Outlook, Trello, Teams
– Familiarity with Google Ads and its design requirements.
– Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
– Ability to create designs that are visually appealing, user-centered, and aligned with marketing objectives.
– Self-motivated and able to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
– High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
– Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Not required but preferred:
– Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
– Experience with 3D design and rendering tools.
– Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
– Familiarity with sustainability and eco-friendly design practices for packaging.
Starting Salary: $1,000/month
Able to work Full Time with Central Daylight Time Zone (9am to 5pm)
