Job Description

Open Position: Virtual Customer Care / Designer
Job Type: Full-time
Work location: Remote
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m CST

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist customers to create digital printing artwork files as required. (Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.)
– Check Artwork file quality, correct issues, and provide proofs to customers.
– Follow up with sales leads and provide solutions for inquiries.
– Answer incoming phone calls, online chat, and email inquiries.
– Monitor turnaround time, resolve product or service problems in a timely manner, identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
– Create templates, images, and videos for website, promotion, or social media use.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
– Help to update website images and social media content.
– Assist with other seasonal tasks as assigned by management.
– Periodically provide suggestions to improve products and service quality. Recommend potential products or services to management by analyzing customer needs
– Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
– Must have a positive, “can-do” attitude, eager to learn and grow.
– Must be highly organized, a strong multi-tasker, and have great attention to detail.

– Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Suite skills are required.

– Can multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced office environment.
– 1-2 years of customer service, or other customer-facing experience is required.
– Experience in Trade Show Exhibits, Promotional Products, Events, Signs, Printing, Video Production, Marketing /Advertising, or Graphic Design is preferred.
– Sales, HTML, CSS, and Video Editing skills are a big plus
– Speaking Spanish is a plus.
