The Position
We are currently looking for an experienced Graphic Designer & Customer Support Assistant (phone, email, and live chat).
There are policies and procedures on most aspects of the job which make for an easy learning environment along with the support of fellow management.
Duties include
• Talking to customers inbound and outbound via video, chat and email ()
• Converting a bitmap to vector logo artwork (Adobe)
• Order management with vendors and customers (Microsoft Office)
You will be required to work Monday – Friday – 8 am – 4 pm (AEST) +10
(you must be available to work solely with our team no other employment or university commitments)
What are we looking for?
Someone who is passionate about helping others with high attention to detail and a minimum of 2+ years experience in promotional products, the print industry, and/or graphic design.
You will have exceptional customer service and time management skills to ensure high-quality work and service are delivered to our clients and team.
Skills Required:
• Strong attention to detail
•Adobe Illustrator or similar experience (highly desirable)
• Good communication skills, both written & verbal
• Great phone manners (Highly desirable)
• Promotional Product or Print Industry Experience (Highly desirable)
• Highly organised
• Adobe Illustrator or similar experience (highly desirable)
• E-commerce experience (Woocommerce)
• Ability to multi-task
• Great phone manner
• Must have a microphone, skype, and Microsoft office.
• Must have reliable internet
• Great English skills
• Internet and tech-savvy
