Graphic Designer/Data Entry Specialist

Solarflexion is looking for a Graphic Designer/Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves a unique combination of graphic design responsibilities and data entry tasks, requiring both artistic flair and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for design, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage and input large volumes of data. The working hours are as follows – 12 AM to 5 AM PH time (9 AM to 2 PM US PST). These hours will be temporary under the probationary period of 90 days and may be adjusted to new hours afterward per management’s discretion.

Required Responsibilities:
• Help make design choices for all content Solarflexion will use for digital platforms including social media, website banners, email newsletters, infographics, advertisements and other marketing materials
• Create captivating visual graphics, illustrations and other creative materials, using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, to communicate ideas that inspire, educate and engage consumers that capture and reinforce the Solarflexion brand
• Take the lead on creative projects from conception to delivery through collaboration with other team members
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our materials
• Collect, prepare and enter information into CMS and other databases
• Verify and cross-reference data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
• Assist in the creation and management of spreadsheets, reports and other data-related documents as needed
• Participate in team meetings and be able to bring innovative ideas to the table

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage and organize large amounts of data effectively
• Excellent time management and organizational skill with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong oral communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Exceptional spelling and grammar skills are required with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality written communication
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop visually appealing designs and solutions
• Flexibility and adaptability to work on a variety of projects and tasks as needed
• General understanding of American Disability Act (ADA)
