Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in direct-to-consumer design and experience working with consumer product goods brands. This role is pivotal in bringing our brand to life across various digital platforms, enhancing our online presence, and engaging our target audience through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a creative mindset, and the ability to produce high-quality visuals that resonate with our customers and drive sales.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Website Design and Graphics: Design visually appealing, user-friendly layouts for our website. Create graphics, banners, landing pages, and web designs that enhance the user experience and promote our brand identity.
2D/3D Rendering: Generate detailed 2D and 3D renderings of our products for use in online visualizations, enhancing the online shopping experience for our customers.
General Graphic Design: Develop a wide range of graphics and visual materials for digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertisements.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual designs align with our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and implement creative solutions for marketing strategies. Be open to feedback and able to make adjustments to designs based on team input and analytics.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Implement innovative design techniques to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines. Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Required Experience:
Proven experience as a visual designer at a DTC eCommerce brand is a must.
In-depth understanding of DTC eCommerce, performance branding, internet standards and interactivity.
A portfolio showcasing a strong grasp of luxury, beauty and wellness design aesthetics is a plus.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
Excellent understanding of design principles, information architecture, typography, color theory, and layout.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
